Minutes
The Board of Supervisors of Carroll County, Iowa met in unofficial session in the Boardroom of the Courthouse, in Carroll, Iowa, the County seat of said County on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 1:15 p.m. Central Standard Time pursuant to law, the rules of said Board and to the adjournment with all members present: Mark Beardmore, Eugene Meiners, Dan Nieland, Marty Danzer and Neil Bock.
Motion by Nieland, second by Danzer to approve the agenda. On roll call, all voted aye.
Board reviewed FY13 proposed budget, focusing on MH/DD funding and reserves, as well as the LOST fund. Board also reviewed suggested wage adjustments for several employees. Quotes for new voting equipment and financial/payroll software were reviewed. Board continued discussion of the FY13 budget for the Conservation Department. No action taken.
Motion by Nieland, second by Bock to adjourn at 3:51 p.m. On roll call, all voted aye.
