The Board of Supervisors of Carroll County, Iowa met in regular adjourned session in the Boardroom of the Courthouse, in Carroll, Iowa, the County seat of said County on Thursday,May 28, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. Central Daylight Saving Time for a joint meeting with Greene County, with the following Carroll County members present: Marty Danzer, Mark Beardmore, Del McDermott, and Eugene Meiners. Dan Nieland was absent. Present in Greene County were Terry Adams, Mary Jane Fields, John Muir, Auditor, Jane Heun and Drainage Clerk, Michelle Fields.

Motion by Danzer, second by Beardmore to approve the agenda. On roll call, all present voted aye.

At 9:35 a.m. Supervisors participated in a conference call with Greene County Supervisors for the purpose of assessing joint Drain No.150-86. There have been extensive repairs to the drain, which currently has a negative balance. Motion by John Muir, second by Eugene Meiners to impose a 9% assessment on joint drain No. 150-86. On roll call, all voted aye. This assessment will raise approximately $5,324.21.

Motion by Guy Richardson, second by Del McDermott, to adjourn at 9:43 a.m. On roll call, all voted aye.
